                       What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

We believe in one God: the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living things. He is revealed to humanity as the Father (creator), as Son (Savior), and as the Holy Spirit (Indwelling).  Sovereign and absolute in His power, holy in nature, attributes, and purposes. Deut. 6:4, John 1:1-14, Isaiah 9:6

We believe in the Virgin birth: Jesus was both human and divine; God manifested in the flesh. We believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord. We believe that he ascended on high and has sent His spirit, the Holy Spirit which leads and guides us in all truth. 1 Tim. 3:16

We believe there is forgiveness of sin, through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7.

We believe in water baptism by submersion, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. We believe in the Infilling of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:38-39; this constitutes the “New Birth”.

We believe in a holy, sanctified life. We believe in divine healing, communion, and foot-washing.

We believe in the Gifts of the Spirit, and Gifts to the Body:  1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Romans 12:6-8, Ephesians 4:11-13.  

We believe in the Second Coming of Christ: the rapture of the saints when Jesus returns in the clouds to take His people to Heaven…and so shall we ever be with the LORD! 1 Thessalonians 4:17.

We are committed to preaching the unadulterated Word of God, which can save the soul.
